If you’re itching to live in Canada’s tallest residential building, you’re in luck! We’ve had tons of people move into the building over the past few months and our community continues to grow, but select units are available for rent. If you’re not looking to purchase a condo yet but want to live in the downtown core (and in one of our city’s most exciting buildings), we highly recommend you keep reading.
We’re located in one of the most bustling areas in the city, just a few blocks away from both the Eaton Centre and Yonge Dundas Square. We’ve also got The Shops at Aura in the base of our building which is a huge bonus for people who live here. Some of the shops include Bed, Bath and Beyond and Marshalls, as well as BMO and RBC banks. You can even grab a bite to eat without leaving the building at Reds Wine Tavern, Scaddabush, or Dukes Refresher. We’re steps away from College subway station - it’s connected to our building underground which means no going outside in the winter - and you can work out at Madonna’s own Hard Candy Fitness. There’s also party rooms, a theatre room, and an outdoor terrace. Do we have you convinced yet?
Aside from all the amenity perks, we’ve got a diverse group of units available for rent - one of which is bound to suit your wants and needs. None of them will break the bank, and you’ll be able to live comfortably downtown for a great price. Here’s a little glimpse into what we’ve got to offer right now:
If you’re looking for a one-bedroom, Unit 506 could be for you. It’s got one bathroom, a washer and dryer in the unit, a spacious front hall closet, and lots of room for a dining table that leaves a comfortable amount of room in the living room. This is currently the most inexpensive unit to rent in our building, so if you’re living alone or with a significant other and are on a budget, this is a great choice! You can rent this unit for $1,650.
Planning to live with a roommate? We’ve got lots of two-bedroom units available, including Unit 1004. You’ll definitely be getting a bang for your buck with this one too. It’s got two bathrooms and is 830 square feet for only $2,400 a month - pretty great deal for living in the heart of downtown. Again it’s got laundry in the room which is really convenient, as well as a locker. Hanging out with your roommate on the balcony is always a plus too!
If you’re living with a few roommates, or plan to stay for a while (aka. potentially add some kids to the mix), this 1297 square foot unit is a good choice. It has two bedrooms, a den, and two bathrooms. The suite features floor to ceiling windows in it too, which is great since it’s on the 71st floor of our building - do we even need to tell you that you’ll have an outstanding view of the city from there? Both bedrooms have a walk-in closet, there’s a washer and dryer in the unit, and it comes with a parking space. Unit 7109 is definitely an appealing option and is $4,800 a month to rent.
