The unit we’re looking at today is on the 76th floor and is currently one of the highest rentals you can get in our building - it also just so happens to be one of our penthouse suites. As with any of our suites, this penthouse has 10’ ceilings with floor to ceiling windows, engineered hardwood flooring, and top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances from Sub Zero, Wolf and Miele. You also have access to our 5th floor amenities which include an outdoor terrace, private movie theatre, and party rooms, as well as a free membership to Madonna's Hard Candy Fitness, indoor access to the TTC, grocery stores like Metro and Sobey’s, BMO, RBC, Marshall’s, restaurants and more.
Now, let’s get to the good stuff. When you first walk into the penthouse there’s a spacious foyer and with a closet to hang your coat up and leave your shoes at the door. One of the full bathrooms is right off of the foyer too. As you go further you’ll pass the washer and dryer on your left and an opening to the beautiful kitchen on your right. The kitchen has an island big enough for three as well as a premium wine fridge. The kitchen is great because it’s big enough that you can host your friends while you make dinner or put together drinks while still having lots of space to move around. You also have the option to turn a portion of the living/dining area into a den, which is big enough that it would be perfect for a home office.
Both bedrooms are off of the living and dining area. The master bedroom has an incredible northeast view with an oversized walk-in closet and a luxurious ensuite bathroom with a relaxing spa tub, glass enclosed shower, and a his-and-her vanity. The second bedroom is on the opposite side for separation and privacy and is spacious with a amazing view facing west. You’ll be able to entertain or relax comfortably in your living room by your cozy fireplace with an expansive, unobstructed northwest view of the city.
