Luxury Living in Our Penthouse Suites: 2R+D

You all know how proud we are to be the tallest residential building in Canada, but what’s on the inside counts too! We’ve taken a lot of time and effort to develop penthouse suites that are beautiful, and functional so that our buyers are happy with not only the building as a whole, but their individual suites. We’ve particularly put a ton of effort into making our Penthouse Suites on the top floors just as spectacular as the views from their windows, so we thought it would be great to take you through a few of them.

First we’re going to look at our 2R+D Penthouse Suite, which is situated on the 79th floor and is 2,201 square feet - it’s a two bedroom plus den/library. One of the biggest perks of this penthouse? It’s on our very top floor, which means you have the best view of the entire city right from your home.

Now, let’s get to the bones of this penthouse. When you first walk in to the welcoming foyer, you’ll see a front hall closet, a separate laundry room, and an entrance into the den or library. Penthouses with dens are great because you can essentially turn the space into anything you want, whether that be a library, a second living room, a games room, or an office. Lots of possibilities!

Once you make your way into the main living space, you’ll see that it is really large. There’s plenty of space for a comfy living room with a gas fireplace, a generous dining area for entertaining, and a gourmet kitchen. The kitchen has a pantry for extra storage and an island big enough to seat four people which is great. One of our favourite aspects of the kitchen is the built-in SubZero wine fridge, the Wolf gas cooktop, and Miele dishwasher.

The master bedroom is the best room in the place (in our opinion). The view from the master bedroom faces the East end of the city and literally looks endless from the top of our building. The second bedroom is off of the main living space, with a private corridor entrance.  You'll enjoy beautiful, expansive views looking north each morning.
