One of our favourite things about this unit is the open concept. On both of the floors, you get a great view of the city looking east through the floor to ceiling windows. On the top floor, the bedroom is near the window and has a low wall that looks over into the living and dining room. It’s a nice touch.
On the top floor, aside from the bedroom there is a massive closet, a full bathroom, a linen closet, and a den. Having the den on the top level makes for a great office space or reading room.
As you head downstairs, you’ll immediately see the second bathroom, the door to the washer/dryer, and another front hall closet where you can hang your coat up when you come in. The kitchen has lots of counter space thanks to the island (for those of you who like to cook) and leads directly into the spacious living and dining area.
Like any of our units, tenants have access to all our great amenities on the 5th floor like the outdoor terrace, private movie theatre, and the party rooms. You’ll also get a free membership to Hard Candy Fitness which is right in the building, have access to restaurants like Scaddabush, Duke’s Refresher, and Reds Wine Tavern downstairs, and be able to reach College Station without stepping outside. A locker and a parking space also come with this unit, which is an added bonus if you own a car or have visitors.
