Back in May, we took a group of industry leaders through the most coveted and largest Penthouse at Aura - our 79th top floor, 3,055 square foot Penthouse Suite. Now it’s your turn! It’s time to take you on your own tour of this luxurious Penthouse in the sky. The two most notable aspects of this suite are without a doubt the space and the incredible views. From the moment you walk in, you’ll notice the place has an extremely spacious feel. The grand entrance from the front hallway leads onto a hall closet, one of the suite’s three washrooms, and the den/library. It’s nice that the den is situated away from the living/dining area and bedrooms, as it can really act as your own little getaway as a reading room, an office, or a spare bedroom if you so choose.
As you continue strolling in, the stunning gourmet kitchen is on your left. The kitchen is very well appointed with beautiful cabinetry, marble countertops and backsplash, a generous amount of pantry space as well as a wine fridge and other state-of-the-art, stainless steel appliances. The grand island situated in the middle of the kitchen is a centerpiece for family and friends to gather.
The Penthouse life is perfect if you love to entertain. You’ll see what we mean as you make your way into the living and dining area. With enough room for your grand piano, multiple seating areas, the living room will be the ultimate place to enjoy company as you sit by the marble fireplace and gaze south to the CN Tower and lake through the floor to ceiling windows that line the wall of the suite. Those windows, by the way, continue along the entire exterior facing walls of the Penthouse, giving you the best view of the city no matter where you are in the Penthouse. The dining area comfortably fits a table of ten, perfect for hosting dinner parties!
Now moving on to the bedrooms. The master bedroom has its own oversized walk-in closet as well as a luxurious ensuite bathroom. There’s lots of space for anything else you’d want, like a TV and a cozy seating area to enjoy your west views of the city and lake. With one wall covered in those floor to ceiling windows, you can look out at the city as you fall asleep! The ensuite bathroom is your private retreat above the city with heated marble floors, and a soothing tub overlooking breathtaking west views of the city. The second bedroom is extremely spacious with a large walk in closet. It's your own hideaway looking west above the city lights.
As we mentioned, this Penthouse is on the 79th floor of our building, the very top floor which means not only would you be living in your dream home, but you’d be living in the highest Penthouse in all of Canada, with the best view of Toronto you could ask for. Pretty extraordinary isn’t it?
